Russell Hess

Coach Russell is currently coaching our 18U White team. He has been playing water polo for more than 10 years. His high school team earned DIII and DII CIF Championship titles. He went on to play for Grossmont College, where his team finished 1st in the Southern California Section and 3rd overall in the state. In addition to coaching with Shores, Russell also coaches at Steele Canyon High School. He is the boys JV/Novice coach and joined the girls team this year as their varsity coach. He is also continuing his college education. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities.
