Coach CJ joined the Shores team in 2022 as a volunteer but quickly became an essential part of our coaching staff. She coaches the 12U boys and helps with the 12U girls and Splashball teams. CJ grew up in Point Loma, swimming and playing water polo at Point Loma High School. Throughout her time as an athlete, she was coached by Shores coaches Jordan Duron (16U Girls), Ken Toma (16U Boys), and Brandon Huff (formerly 12U Boys).

In addition to coaching, CJ is currently a dual major at UCSD, studying Education and Psychology. When she graduates, she hopes to earn a Social Science Teaching Credential. She is also a lifeguard and swim instructor at the YMCA and loves the beach, traveling, and going on outdoor adventures.
